Let Me Guess...
You know you feel overwhelmed but you aren't sure why and you feel like you are the only mom struggling to keep up and get everything done.
You have people who want to help you but you tell them you don't need help (even when you do).
It feels easier to do everything yourself than to have things done by someone else who does it differently (or incorrectly) but this is causing feelings of resentment.
You don't have the energy to ask for the help you need...and then teach the help how to do the tasks.
You feel guilt and shame for needing help (especially if it is help with the baby).
You feel really irritable and angry that you even need to ask for help when it should be given by your partner freely without asking. You feel disconnected and disappointed in your partner and yourself.
You feel anxious about giving someone else control and have intrusive thoughts that something bad will happen if you don't do everything yourself.
Your partner is also struggling and you don't feel like you can ask them to do more.
Did you know...
Many parents report that the early years of parenting are the most difficult in their relationship-full of anger, resentment, and disconnection
This challenging time is even more difficult when one or both partners experiences depression or anxiety which are the most common complications of pregnancy.
In fact, at least 1 in 7 moms will experience postpartum depression and if a mom has postpartum depression, there is a 50% chance dad will too.
It doesn't have to be this hard!

Wouldn't it be nice if...
Wouldn't it be nice if someone could help you and your partner understand what it means to become a mother/parent/partner?
What if your partner could develop the skills and discover the resources you both need to communicate, connect, and thrive during the transition to parenting?
Wouldn't it be great if you could get this information in an easy-to-use and engaging format that you can access at your own convenience?
Now you can!
Wait...Who is this for?!
I'm glad you asked! This course is directed to anyone supporting a new mom (whether it is her first baby or 5th). However, you will quickly find that this is a course that works for both parents. While each lesson "speaks to" the non-birthing partner, the lessons apply to both parents and are great conversation starters for your path to connection.
A really common scenario when I work with clients is a request that I explain whatever is going on with the client's partner.
Another common scenario is "I want help but I don't want to ask for it and right now I'm too frustrated to be able to speak my needs with kindness. Honestly, I don't think I should have to. It should be apparent without my asking."
And finally, "He's trying. I can see he's trying but it doesn't matter, I'm tired and angry no matter what. I don't know how to explain what I need when I don't understand myself."
My favorite way for clients to utilize this workshop is for the supporting partner (non-birthing partner) to take the workshop on their own and take time after each lesson to share and discuss what they learned with their partner.
This workshop is for you!

We don't have time to waste!
You are absolutely right! Mental health is essential for parenting and partnering!
But in case you meant you are drowning in the workload of adjusting to parenting and don't think you have time for this, don't worry! I've got you covered.
In a perfect world, before you ever even think of having a baby, each parent would have been taught and modeled healthy mental health skills-communication, coping, and so much more. Then throughout your pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting journey, each of you would have your own therapist and access to a couples therapist as needed. This isn't the world we live in. For most parents, if one parent gets support it is too little too late and there isn't enough time or money for both parents to have the support they need.
Now you can access support that meets you where you are at your convenience!
When you enroll today, you'll get instant access to:
